RPOF Chairman Curry Applauds Ruling On Voter Integrity
After today’s ruling from U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle, RPOF Chairman Lenny Curry issued the following statement:
“Today’s ruling is simply more evidence that President Obama and Attorney General Holder have turned the nation’s Department of Justice into a political machine instead of the law enforcement agency it should be. Rather than work with Florida to ensure no illegal, non-citizen voters are casting ballots in our elections, they bring these frivolous suits against us.
“Judge Hinkle demonstrated that the claims of the Obama Administration are wrong and that Governor Scott is right to protect our elections from fraud and illegal votes. Obama and his bureaucrats should immediately provide access to the SAVE database so that Florida can remove illegal, non-citizen voters from our rolls.”
