Petition To Stop ObamaCare

"As a citizen of the United States of America, I do hereby declare my opposition to "ObamaCare" and any related or similar attempts to socialize health care in America. I demand that Florida’s Members of Congress, including my own Representative in Congress, vote against any and all legislation that would: deny me my choice of doctor; place any government bureaucrat in the middle of decisions made between me and my doctor; ration care for any reason whatsoever; levy additional taxes on businesses to pay for a national health care bureaucracy; build government databases which include my personal medical history; provide or encourage taxpayer-funded abortions; or develop standardized government schedules which mandate the types of “end-of-life” treatments which may be available to me or my loved ones."
